What it costs, before you sit down.
These are our fees without insurance. If you are insured, most plans cover preventive care in full and a share of everything else — we check your benefits before your first visit and give you the number in writing.

Where a quote can change
Two things move a price after the first visit: a filling that turns out to be deeper than the X-ray showed, and a tooth that needs a crown to survive a root canal. Both get discussed and re-quoted before we carry on — never mid-appointment, and never on the invoice afterwards.

We will still treat you and still file the claim on your behalf. You may pay a little more, and we will tell you how much before we start.
Oregon Health Plan
We are not an OHP provider. If you are covered by OHP we will point you to practices in Bend that are, rather than have you find out at the desk.
